In September 2017,the Ministry of Education issued the "Guiding Outline of Comprehensive Practical Activities Curriculum for Primary and Secondary Schools",the basic concept requires curriculum objectives to be oriented to cultivate students' comprehensive quality.The course of comprehensive practical activities emphasizes that students comprehensively apply knowledge of various disciplines,understand,analyze and solve practical problems,and improve their comprehensive quality.It coincides with the state's ability to introduce STEM education concept,so this article will study the case development of school-based curriculum teaching in a school based on STEM concept.We will implement the course,find problems in the implementation process and revise the case.It provides examples for the development of school-based curriculum in other regions and references for the development of school-based curriculum.The first part is the introduction,this research background,research significance,research methods and the definition of related concepts and the research elaborates the theoretical basis,summarizes the current STEM education idea and the requirements of the guidance of comprehensive practical activity to cultivate students comprehensive quality is consistent,the status of comprehensive practical activity and the necessary of school-based.The second part is theoretical research.Through literature research,this paper defines the relevant core concepts of this study,and expounds the theoretical basis of comprehensive practical activity teaching and STEM education concept as well as the relevant theoretical basis of school-based curriculum development.The third part is the research on the development mode of the school-based curriculum of junior high school comprehensive practical activities under STEM concept.Through the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the three dominant modes of school-based curriculum development,a new curriculum development idea is designed with the help of SWOT situation analysis method,which goes hand in hand with the three dominant modes of demand,condition and goal,and a school-based curriculum development mode for junior high school comprehensive practical activity class under STEM concept suitable for this study is put forward.The fourth part is the research on the development of school-based curriculum for junior high school comprehensive practical activities under STEM concept.Taking a specific school as an example,the school-based curriculum development of junior high school comprehensive practical activity class under STEM concept is carried out according to the school-based curriculum development mode.From the three aspects of demand,condition and target,this paper evaluates the needs of the school-based curriculum development by analyzing the internal and external environment of the school.According to the basis of curriculum objective design,curriculum objective design principles and curriculum orientation,specific curriculum three-dimensional objectives are designed.From the disciplinary knowledge as well as non-disciplinary knowledge,the curriculum content is selected for organization and arrangement.Summarize the implementation strategies of school-based curriculum and develop evaluation scales.The fifth part is the implementation process of the school-based curriculum of the junior high school comprehensive practical activity course under the STEM concept and the problems found in the process.The development of the school-based curriculum is a dynamic process,and the problems found are modified to evaluate the effect of the school-based curriculum of the junior high school comprehensive practical activity course under the STEM concept.In addition,the interview method is used to test the effectiveness of school-based curriculum development from different angles,to summarize the teaching effect,to propose teaching strategies and to reflect on deficiencies.The sixth part is summary and deficiency.On the basis of questionnaire analysis,interview investigation and the author's self-reflection,this paper discusses the conclusion of this study,summarizes the shortcomings.
