Facts have proved that research on the core literacy of geography can effectively promote the development of geography education.However,due to various factors,the geographical comprehensive thinking ability of high school students in China is generally low.In a series of standards and requirements for geography education and teaching promulgated in recent years,both domestic and foreign,it is clearly pointed out that comprehensive thinking is the most important thinking quality and quality of core literacy,and its cultivation is particularly important.Therefore,it is urgent to solve the problem of improving students' comprehensive thinking literacy.Situational teaching is mainly carried out in better-quality situations.More attention is paid to the combination of emotional activities of students' self and cognitive activities of external objective things.It is possible to maintain students' passion for learning,promote students' active learning,and comprehensive thinking in geography.Has a superiority in the cultivation process.The classroom teaching under the guidance of the situational teaching concept helps to cultivate the students' comprehensive thinking of geography,and can effectively solve the long-term problem of low comprehensive thinking of students.Based on the review of domestic and international literature on "situational teaching" and "geographical comprehensive thinking",combined with the current development of geography education in China,the course of "situational teaching" to cultivate comprehensive thinking was affirmed and relevant concepts were defined.Based on the relevant relationship between situational teaching and comprehensive geography thinking,the situational education theory,modern learning theory,and geography teaching theory were used as the basis,and related questionnaires were made.Then,using a paper questionnaire survey,some high school teachers and students in Nanchang City were used to investigate their attitudes towards geography situational teaching based on comprehensive geographic thinking,the situation creation situation,and the problems in the practical classroom.Finally,based on the questions returned by the survey results,the corresponding creation principles and strategies were summarized,and then the creation and practice of geographic situation teaching cases,practice,and effect testing and reflection were carried out on the basis of this principle and strategy for reference.This reflected in the whole process Geographical situation teaching plays an important role in students' interest mobilization,thinking training and expansion,and practical ability application.It is concluded that the use of situational teaching to cultivate comprehensive thinking is an effective means for the emergence of the new teaching reform.It has a positive and effective effect on improving students 'comprehensive thinking literacy.It is worthy of teachers' promotion and popularization,and is constantly enriched and perfected in practice.
