China has a long history in the training of physical education professionals,and has established many sports departments very early.It was not until 2003 that Rwanda opened an education programme for the undergraduate course in sports at the Rwandan Institute of Education.However,the exploration and experience of the training of undergraduate talents in physical education in Rwanda combined with the national conditions can also provide some positive reference for the reform of physical education professionals in China.In the era of globalization,comparing all aspects of the undergraduate training programs for physical education majors in China and Rwanda will help to promote mutual learning and reference between the two sides,and jointly improve the training quality of physical education professionals in the two countries.This research mainly uses the literature method,the observation method and the interview method to carry on the research.The results show that:1.Both Capital University of Physical Education and Sports and the Rwandan Institute of Education have as their main objectives the training of physical education teachers.The training objectives and requirements of Capital University of Physical Education and Sports are more comprehensive and specific.The training objectives and requirements of the Rwandan Institute of Education do not reflect the quality requirements of qualified physical education teachers in detail,but the requirements for English proficiency are very strict.2.Capital University of Physical Education and Sports and the Rwandan Institute of Education physical education professional personnel training includes classroom teaching links and practical links.The classroom teaching of Capital Physical Education College pays attention to physical education teaching skills,arranges educational probation before educational practice,and has strict process management for graduation thesis.The classroom teaching of the Rwandan Institute of Education focuses on the general education teaching,the process management and defense evaluation of graduation thesis is not strict enough,there are no military training requirements,social practice does not count credit.3.Capital University of Physical Education and Sports has a length of 4 to 6 years for the major in physical education.Graduates receive a bachelor's degree in education,with compulsory and elective credits,which require 186 credits and 2912 hours to complete.The length of the major in physical education at the Rwandan Institute of Education is 4 to 5 years,and graduates receive a bachelor's degree in science,all of which are required credits.Students are required to complete 480 credits and 3300 hours to graduate.4.Both Capital University of Physical Education and Sports and the Rwandan Institute of Education in physical education courses include theoretical and practical courses.There are many compulsory and elective courses in sports technology in Capital Physical Education College,including political and ideological quality,basic skating,basic skiing and so on.There are many educational courses in the Rwandan Institute of Education,such as special needs education,developmental psychology and so on.The course of sports technology consists of several sports items according to the module.Each course is divided into 50 passing standards on a percentage basis.The teaching methods of both the capital institute of physical education and the Rwanda institute of education are teacher-student interaction.The assessment system and the result distribution of capital institute of physical education are clearly arranged.Points are allocated according to attendance.Skills,technical and theoretical tests are carried out on the Rwandese educational institutes,and points are assigned at the discretion of the teachers.5.Capital institute of physical education has the graduation rate and employment rate of physical education graduates.Rwanda education does not have the graduation rate and employment rate of physical education graduates.6.The weak foreign language ability of students and the restriction on the promotion of international vision,students' physical education basic quality is poor,and the practical ability related to the future career is insufficient are the limitations of the training of undergraduate talents of physical education major in Capital Physical Education College.The training goal orientation is too narrow,the college and the teacher do not have the autonomy to revise the teaching plan and the curriculum content,and the modular curriculum can not accurately evaluate the individual sports skills of the students,which is the limitation of the training of the undergraduate talents of the physical education major in Rwanda.
