Research On The Evaluation Of Talent Competitiveness Of Undergraduate Colleges And Universities Based On The AHP-network DEA Model

With the progress of science and technology and the development of society,system engineering presents the characteristics of socialization,characterization,specialization,integration,refinement and practicability domestic and abroad.As an important part of society,each institution consists a typical complex system,among which are organic connection and interaction,and they also present a series of features,such as more elements and layers,complex structure and social prominence.Therefore,how to coordinate the relationship among the internal factors and achieve the purpose of improving efficiency has become an inevitable choice for more and more institutions.Specific to the field of education,the undergraduate colleges bear the important mission of personnel training,scientific research,social services and cultural heritage,and the competitiveness of talents is the core competitiveness of undergraduate colleges.Therefore,it is very important to evaluate the talent competitiveness of undergraduate colleges objectively and impartially.The study on the hybrid structure of universities which have complex production system,establish evaluation model based on the AHP-network DEA,and improve the efficiency,enrich the evaluation system of talent competitiveness of universities,expand the scope of application of data envelopment analysis in society.Based on those,this study created a three-level index system to evaluate talents' competitiveness of colleges,and to explore the existing problem of talent introduction and development.then,this study provides decision-making basis basic data support for the management and reform of Jiangsu higher education and educational administration.Based this issue,this paper focuses on the evaluation of talent competitiveness of undergraduate colleges using the AHP-network DEA model as study method,relying on the research group of the Jiangsu Talent Development Strategic Research Institute,we select the results of the research on talent competitiveness and the cross-sectional data of the talents of the undergraduate colleges and universities in 2015.First,combined with the latest research progress at home and abroad,this paper systematically expounds the AHP method and DEA method and the theory of talent competitiveness in undergraduate universities,and establishes the theoretical basis of the paper;Second,it introduces the evaluation method and evaluation model of talent competitiveness in undergraduate colleges and universities,and constructs the index system of talent competitiveness in undergraduate colleges and universities.In third,undergraduate colleges and universities talent competitiveness index system based on constructing the evaluation index system of the competitiveness of talents in Jiangsu colleges,and using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to carry on the analysis,to determine the weights;finally,based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)analysis results,using the DEA network to evaluate the competitiveness of talents in Jiangsu colleges,and put forward the countermeasures the suggestion of optimizing the talents competitiveness of colleges and universities in Jiangsu.
