Study On The Construction Strategy Of Innovation And Entrepreneurship Base In Applied Engineering Universities

Under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship,the mode of educating people in higher education institutions has also changed.The talents cultivated by traditional education models can no longer meet the needs of social development.How to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents in higher education institutions is the face of higher education today.Tasks,the talent training mode of applied engineering colleges needs to reflect the two characteristics of "applicability" and "practical",which requires application-oriented engineering colleges to strengthen the practice links in the process of talent cultivation,so this study The entry point is to propose the research on the construction strategy of innovation and entrepreneurship bases in applied engineering colleges.(1)This paper,from the perspective of applied engineering colleges,combined with the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship and the construction content of innovation and entrepreneurship base,through the literature research to sort out the theoretical basis of the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship bases for college students: innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem,agglomeration effect theory and The theory of triple helix model lays a certain theoretical foundation for the research of this thesis;it summarizes the contents of the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship bases in colleges and universities,which are the construction of four aspects: hardware facilities,tutor team,student team and management system.The entry point of this paper.(2)Using the case study method and the comparative research method,the three applied engineering colleges were investigated in the field,and the in-depth analysis wascarried out in terms of site construction,tutor team,student team selection,organizational setup and implementation effectiveness,and the current application was summarized.The problems existing in the construction of university innovation and entrepreneurship bases include the shortage of hardware equipment,the lack of high-level dual-instructors,the lack of flexibility in the selection mechanism of student teams,the irregular organization and the imperfect operation mechanism of the project.The causes of these problems are the lack of innovative and entrepreneurial funds,the lack of full-time teacher training mechanisms and part-time teacher attraction policies,the influence of traditional education models,the failure to establish formal management organizations,and the establishment of mature project operation mechanisms.(3)According to the certain theoretical support,combined with the research status of the innovation and entrepreneurship base of applied engineering colleges,find the problem,analyze the reasons,draw on the practice of excellent case institutions,and propose feasible countermeasures to optimize the construction of innovative and entrepreneurial bases for college students in applied engineering colleges;We will expand the source of funds,ensure the development of innovative and entrepreneurial activities,optimize the structure of the mentor team,implement the echelon tutor system,improve the team selection mechanism,establish a “three-level three-lead” system,do a top-level design,establish a sound organization and management organization,and attract the society.Resources,to achieve the "school and enterprise joint construction" innovation and entrepreneurship base model,strengthen the base innovation and entrepreneurship cultural exchanges.The purpose of this thesis is to provide effective countermeasures for the construction of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship base,give play to the function of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship base,improve the practice link of innovation and entrepreneurship education system,deepen the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,and promote the establishment of innovation and entrepreneurship education mode in colleges and universities.To achieve innovation to drive economic development,entrepreneurship to ease employment pressure,cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents,and improve the international competitiveness of talents.
