| The purpose of this study is to understand the status quo of College Students' body posture and sports injury,to explore the correlation between College Students' bad body posture and higher incidence of sports injury,and to explore ways to correct body posture and reduce the incidence of sports injury.By using the methods of documentation,questionnaire and experiment,120 students of Nanjing Polytechnic University were surveyed and tested with body posture measurement and FMS.Through questionnaire survey,the characteristics of College Students' living habits,their understanding of body posture,the status quo and causes of bad body posture and sports injury were analyzed.Through the experimental method,the head(front),shoulder(front),spine(front),hip(front),foot(front),arch of foot(front),neck(side),chest(side),back(side),abdomen(side),trunk(side),waist(side)13 positions posture measurement and FMS test of college students were carried out,and the correlation between body posture score and FMS score was analyzed.The results showed that bad body posture of college students was related to bad living habits,and there was a moderate correlation between bad body posture and functional movement screening score.The conclusions of body posture are as follows:(1)College students' living habits have a great impact on body posture.The bad habits of sedentary,bowing,and less participation in sports have caused various kinds of body postures.(2)There are many problems in the posture of College students,especially in shoulder,hip and spine.(3)College students have a high incidence of sports injuries,and through the analysis of the correlation between body posture measurement and FMS test,there is a moderate correlation between sports injuries and bad posture.(4)This paper proposes strategies to correct bad posture combined with functional movement screening. |
