With the entry of China's socialism into the new era,all aspects of society have improved significantly.With the acceleration of the pace of life and the rapid development of the economy,the pressure on employment competition among contemporary college students has been increasing,and the quality of high-tech talents has increased.Mental health problems are increasing.Although the newly established undergraduate colleges have established the psychological education consulting center required by the national documents and equipped with professional management teachers,they did not meet the students' essential psychological needs,and psychological crisis incidents still frequently broke out.This article is based on the immediate and urgent practical needs of college students,by reviewing existing materials,reading a large number of documents,reviewing and combing,from the perspective of public management,on the basis of understanding the current situation of new undergraduate colleges,select Shandong D University as a case In the form of a questionnaire,we surveyed 400 students in the University and conducted in-depth interviews with teachers of school psychological management in terms of organizational settings,systems,teams,and management models,to find existing problems,and use related theories of public management and management to analyze the cause of the problem and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.This paper helps to guide a batch of newly-built undergraduate colleges taking Shandong D College as an example to further improve the psychological health education management mechanism of college students,solve the students 'real psychological needs,clarify the direction of future students' psychological education management,and create a good campus Mental health environment promotes the comprehensive improvement of students' comprehensive quality.The thesis is divided into four parts.The introduction is the first part of the article,which introduces the background and research significance of psychological education management in newly-established Universities.Then it introduces the latest research results on psychological education management in Universities abroad,and the current status of domestic scholars' research on psychological education management.The four research methods used to study this topic are described later.The second part is the main body of the study,which is divided into three chapters.The first chapter first defines the concepts related to the article.The following introduces the theoretical knowledge used in the research.The second chapter mainly introduces the current situation of the organizational structure,management system,and management mode of the psychological management of the newly-established undergraduate colleges.Through in-depth investigation after understanding the current situation,it introduces the basis for selecting the case of Shandong D University as a case survey,survey design,and survey sample.After analyzing the survey data,the survey findings were found.The third chapter,through investigation,found that the psychological management of the newly-established undergraduate Universities has the problems of inadequate security system,incomplete system,lack of professional staff,insufficient publicity,publicity content that does not meet the tastes of students,and lack of student awareness.Theories and cause analysis include six reasons: unclear ideology,lack of top-level design,insufficient funding,influence of teachers,insufficient support,and influence of social concepts.The third part of the article summarizes the experience and characteristics of psychological management in the United States and Japan,and concludes that the newly-established undergraduate Universities can draw on foreign students' mental health management as a goal,build a professional training system,and form China Three core contents of characteristic education model.The fourth part is the research countermeasures.The article puts forward five countermeasures in combination with theory.From the perspective of the government,it is necessary to guide a healthy social trend,increase investment in mental health education,and promote the standardization of management team training;from the perspective of the school,it is necessary to gradually implement the update of modern psychological education concepts,strengthen the top-level design,and increase the construction of master teams;From the perspective of the family,cooperate with the school to do a good job of management,learn about psychological education,create a warm atmosphere of family education,adopt motivational education,and establish a harmonious parent-child relationship.From the perspective of the counselor,it is necessary to actively prevent,intervene and strengthen the work of psychological management of students to increase their educational responsibilities.From the perspective of students,University students should cultivate their ability to endure hardships,resist frustration,learn to dispel negative emotions,and strengthen their understanding of mental health management.
