The teacher's working status plays an important role in the personal growth and development of the teacher.The working status of the teacher group has an important influence on the development of the school.The work engagement is an important reference index to measure the working status of the teacher,not only from the cognitive,emotional and behavioral and other aspects reflect the working conditions of teachers,but also have a positive or negative impact on the development of individuals.At present,there is little research on the work of teachers in the multi-ethnic communities in Xinjiang.This study intends to consider the teachers of Xinjiang ordinary universities as a sample to consider the status of teachers' work in Xinjiang universities.Based on the literature review at home and abroad,this study uses Schaufeli's definition of work engagement and divides the work engagement into three dimensions: vitality,dedication,and focus.In order to understand the status of teachers' work in Xinjiang ordinary undergraduate colleges and the factors influencing their work commitments,the methods of classification and stratified sampling were used to select the universities of Xinjiang University,Xinjiang Normal University,Xinjiang University of Finance and Economics,Changji College and Kashgar University full-time teachers conduct surveys and interviews.Based on the statistical analysis of the survey data and the collation of the interview contents,the work investment status of the teachers of ordinary undergraduate institutions in Xinjiang was examined from the overall perspective and dimensions;the factors affecting teachers' work engagement were examined from the individual level,organization level,family level and social level.The relationship between teachers' work engagement and its influencing factors was discussed.The study found that: First,the work engagement of teachers in general undergraduate colleges in Xinjiang was overall better,with the highest level of dedication,followed by focus,and the lowest level of vitality;second,age,education,job title,teaching age,etc would work for teachers.Thirdly,there is a significant positive correlation between personal factors,organizational factors,family and social factors and teachers' work engagement;Fourth,professional identity,teaching efficacy in personal factors,work environment,management system in organizational factors,and income level,family support in family and social factors have a significant impact on teachers' work engagement and individual factors have the greatest impact on them.Based on the above research results,the author from the individual level,organizational level,family and social level,proposes to strengthen the teacher's own cognition,emotion and behavior,improve the external working system,and create a good social atmosphere.Enjoy the work,focus on the work,dedication to the work of the ideal situation and other corresponding thinking and suggestions.
