"After class activities" column is one of the columns in the junior middle school history textbook compiled by the Ministry.The column of "after class activities" is presented in a series of flexible exercises to consolidate knowledge,inspire thinking and cultivate core literacy.It is characterized by equal emphasis on foundation and expansion,rich selection of materials,flexible and open forms,and emphasis on the use of historical materials.It fully embodies the basic concepts and specific objectives of the new curriculum reform.At present,in junior middle school history teaching,the importance and advantages of "after class activities" column have been paid more and more attention.However,due to the teaching mode,teaching methods and objective conditions,there are some problems worthy of attention and need to be improved in the application of "after class activities" column in junior middle school history teaching.From the perspective of teaching practice,this paper studies the current situation of the application of "after class activities" column in junior high school history teaching,attempts to analyze the existing problems,and explores the application strategies of "after class activities" column.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview to study the application of "after class activities" column in junior high school history teaching.The main idea and structure of this paper are as follows: firstly,it introduces the basis,literature review,research methods and research significance of this topic.The first part is an overview of the research on the column of "after class activities",including the definition of the concept,the characteristics of the column of "after class activities" and the role of the column of "after class activities".The characteristics of "after class activities" column are mainly elaborated from three aspects: expansibility,comprehensiveness and openness.The role of "after class activities" column is mainly elaborated from three aspects:consolidating knowledge,cultivating core literacy and promoting the transformation of academic evaluation mode.The second part is the investigation and Research on the application status of "after class activities",including the application status investigation and application status analysis.It focuses on the analysis of the problems existing in the application of the "after class activities" column,including the lack of teachers' guidance inthe teaching of the "after class activities" column,the low completion of students in the "after class activities" column,the incomplete cognition of some teachers and students to the "after class activities" column,and some topics in "after class activities" are difficult.The third part mainly analyzes the causes of the problems in the questionnaire and interview survey,including that some teachers and students do not pay attention to the "after-school activities" column,some "after-school activities" column topics are difficult,the completion of the "after-school activities" column is restricted by the actual conditions,and the negative impact of exam oriented education.The fourth part is mainly for the junior high school history textbook "after class activities" column application status of countermeasures.The countermeasures include giving full play to the multiple effects of the "after class activities" column,integrating the "after class activities" column and the "activity class",and using the "after class activities" column to change the learning mode.Through the in-depth research on the theory and time of "after class activities" column in junior high school history teaching,this paper aims to solve the existing practical problems for junior high school history teaching,and provide ideas and directions for "after class activities" column to play a better role,so as to promote the development of middle school history textbook research and history discipline.
