A Study On The Government Support For The Enhancement Of Employment Ability Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers

As the main force of China's industrial army,the new generation of migrant workers are making significant contributions to China's economic development.But at the same time,they have many problems themselves,employability is one of them.At present,for the new generation of migrant workers,because the overall level of employment ability is low,they are in a weak position in the employment competition.It is the government's duty-bound responsibility to improve the employment ability and quality of life of the new generation of migrant workers in the current economic situation.Firstly,on the basis of clarifying the basic concepts,this paper combs and analyses the theories of improving employment ability at home and abroad by using the theories of new public management,human capital and employment,so as to seek theoretical support for the research of this paper.Then,by adopting the qualitative and quantitative research methods,this paper selects the new generation of migrant workers in Fuzhou as the research sample,conducts a survey on the employment ability of the new generation of migrant workers through questionnaire survey,and then analyses the current situation of the employment ability of the new generation of migrant workers,and studies the achievements of the government in promoting the employment ability of the new generation of migrant workers.The existing problems and the causes of the problems.Finally,from the perspective of the government helping the new generation of migrant workers to improve their employment ability,this paper makes a thorough and meticulous study on the current situation of the government's support in improving the employment ability of the new generation of migrant workers,and puts forward relevant suggestions for promoting the employment ability of the new generation of migrant workers.
