Preschool education is an important part of national basic education,which not only plays a key role in children’s intellectual development,but also lays the development direction of children from physical and mental health,habit formation,creativity and other aspects.As a social public welfare undertaking,China has attached great importance to the development of preschool education since the promulgation of the outline of the national medium and long term education reform and development plan.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the problem of "difficulty in entering the kindergarten" has been effectively alleviated,but with the launch of the "comprehensive two child" policy,Therefore,this paper focuses on the region of Fujian Province,estimates the efficiency of preschool education resource allocation in Fujian Province and analyzes its influencing factors,in order to improve the efficiency of preschool education resource allocation in Fujian Province on the basis of improving the efficiency of preschool education in various provinces and regions For reference and help.This paper takes the efficiency of preschool education resource allocation in Fujian Province as the research object,after clarifying the relevant concepts,theories and methods of preschool education,based on the analysis of the input and output of preschool education resource allocation in Fujian Province,and combined with previous studies and the reality of preschool education in Fujian Province,constructs the evaluation index system of preschool education resource allocation efficiency in Fujian Province Then the DEA method is used to analyze the allocation efficiency of preschool education resources in Fujian Province,and the Tobit regression model is used to calculate the influencing factors.It is found that the allocation of preschool education resources in Fujian Province is unbalanced,the investment is redundant and insufficient,the management level needs to be improved,and the corresponding supervision mechanism is lacking.The research suggests that in order to improve the efficiency of the allocation of preschool educational resources in Fujian Province,we should not blindly increase the input of resources,but allocate educational resources through scientific and reasonable planning to promote resources utilization rate and operating capability.This paper puts forward four countermeasures and suggestions: first,we should adhere to the leading position of the government in the allocation of resources;second,we should establish a scientific and reasonable mechanism for the allocation of preschool education resources;third,we should strengthen the function of system supply to provide the basis for resource allocation;fourth,we should improve the function of supervision and management to provide guarantee for resource allocation.
