Study On The Training Mode And Development Strategy Of Young Men's Basketball Talents In Hubei Province

Province,professional basketball once-thriving swept national championships men's women's basketball team,the emergence of a large number of basketball talent,has prepared a large number of writers,for the national basketball team,but has not been in hubei province of CBA basketball clubs,this makes the province basketball talent in recent years a large number of outflow,reserve talent reserve appeared fault,make the development of hubei province basketball reserve talented person can't form a complete system.In view of this phenomenon,this paper adopts the methods of literature review,logical analysis,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and expert interview to study the training mode and development strategy of young men's basketball talents in hubei province,and draws the following conclusions:1.The training mode of reserve basketball talents in hubei province is a typical traditional "three-level network training" mode.In the 1990 s,the sharp reduction of talent base led to the "lack of talents to choose from" of local school teams,which further led to the declining competitive level of basketball in hubei province.2.The lack of funds allocated for basketball in hubei province hinders the cultivation of its youth basketball reserve talents to a large extent.The source of talent training funds is relatively simple.At present,it is still highly dependent on administrative appropriation,lacking of commercial operation,unable to generate attraction and influence in local areas,and unable to attract sponsors to invest in the cultivation of youth basketball reserve.3.The age structure of basketball coaches in hubei province is reasonable.There is no fault among the three generations of coaches,but the number of coaches in Mesozoic is relatively small.The coaches have rich coaching experience,but the proportion of basketball coaches with 6-10 years of teaching age is too low.There are many coaches with senior titles,but they are short of academic qualifications,which will affect their learning of new training concepts,methods and means,and to some extent limit the cultivation of juvenile reserve talents in hubei province.4.The annual training time of the youth players in hubei province ranges from 100 to 199 days,accounting for 60%.The situation of the players' training ground is not ideal,and bad weather will affect the team's training plan.Team members for the training content of the arrangement is relatively recognized,but there is still a lot of room for improvement;There is a big shortcoming in the psychological training of the youth reserve talents in hubei province.In the competition,except for a few schools meet the requirements,the rest of the sports schools did not meet the corresponding standards.In view of the current problems in the training of basketball reserve talents in hubei province,the following Suggestions are put forward:1.Change the previous single mode of separating sports education from sports education,deepen the new mode of combining sports education with education,cultivate comprehensive talents for all-round development,and promote the cultivation of basketball reserve talents.2.Firmly grasp the positioning standard of providing universities and professional teams with excellent reserve talents and cultivating versatile sports talents,promote the continuous branding of the cultivation of basketball reserve talents,operate the cultivation of basketball reserve talents by market operation,and create a new model of sustainable development of basketball reserve talents.3.Add new evaluation indexes on the basis of the traditional material selection model to improve the material selection evaluation system.4.Learn from foreign advanced basketball talent training system to form a pyramid training from the grassroots to the top5.System.Integration of sports and education departments of the organization of the competition,strict competition rules.At the same time,we should introduce social forces to run the games and increase the number of games so that the young athletes can get better training.
