A Practical Study Of Penetrating Civic Education In Class Meeting Of Primary School Based On Robert Rules Of Procedure

The best way for civic education is to enable students to live a public life as citizens.School education is the main form of education,and civic education is no exception.The class meeting attracted the attention of the author because of the nature of the meeting.Holding meetings is a standard of public life in itself,and plenty of time for class meetings also makes it possible.This thesis theoretically illustrates the necessity of the implementation of civic education at the primary stage and the current problems,and then leads the class meeting with the possible entry point of civic education.Then,the author learned the specific situation of the class meeting through field surveys.By analyzing the content and the process,it is concluded that "the school's class meeting will not be conducive to cultivating the citizen quality of students and cannot help students become a qualified citizen." According to the actual observed problems,the author tried to update the common misconceptions about the class meeting,and combined with "Robert Rules of Procedure" to reform the class meeting to make it truly a class meeting for student and two more complete class meeting records were presented.Finally,summarize the implementation,from different perspectives,this experiment was both successful and failed.According to the analysis of the experiment,the students have the basic ability to become citizens,but in the implementation,it is found that the students' execution ability is insufficient,and they cannot act according to the requirements of a citizen.Therefore,the author has some preliminary thoughts on the implementation of civic education in each grade of primary school:First of all,the middle school students to carry on the ideological education of civic consciousness;Then,in senior use "Robert Rules of Procedure" to provide students a platform of public life,help students to realize the unity of ideology and practical action.According to this process,it is believed that the failure phenomenon of insufficient action force and poor implementation of resolution will be improved to a great extent.
