Research On The Transfer-employment Of Rural Surplus Labor In Qinghai Province Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

In order to realize the rural revitalization,we must solve the problem of transfer-employment of surplus rural labor.The poor natural conditions and backward economic development in Qinghai Province have greatly hindered the transfer-employment of rural surplus labor,and further hindered the promotion of Rural Revitalization Strategy.Based on the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy,this paper studies the transfer-employment of rural surplus labor in Qinghai Province.The purpose of this paper is to help the rural surplus labor in Qinghai Province to realize reasonable and orderly transfer under the background of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,and strive to integrate the transfer-employment of the rural surplus labor in Qinghai Province into the Rural Revitalization Strategy.This paper adopts the methods of literature research,field investigation,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis.Through the research,we can get the following conclusions: the transfer-employment of rural surplus labor and the Rural Revitalization Strategy are a kind of positive interaction,and they complement each other;by the end of 2017,there are 319711 rural surplus labor in Qinghai Province;under the background of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,the transfer-employment paths of the rural surplus labor in Qinghai Province should be based on local digestion,supplemented with the transfer of other places;we must rely on the Rural Revitalization Strategy to promote the transfer-employment of rural surplus labor,at the same time,we must constantly purify the external environment of the transfer-employment of rural surplus labor and improve their overall quality,in order to solve the plight of the transfer-employment of rural surplus labor in Qinghai Province.
