In order to adapt to the development of society and the increasingly fierce international competition,China's education reform attaches more importance to the cultivation of the comprehensive quality of talents,so the new curriculum reform focuses on the cultivation of the core quality of students.At the same time,general secretary Xi Jinping emphasized how to improve the ideological and political theory class.And the junior high school "morality and rule of law" course teachers have been committed to the optimization and improvement of teaching methods,teaching methods and teaching art.In order to achieve the purpose of cultivating students' core quality in the course of morality and rule of law,we should attach importance to the main role of students,and train their abilities of divergent thinking,innovative thinking,critical thinking,finding problems,analyzing problems and solving problems on the basis of independent learning and cooperative learning.The trial teaching method of our country is not only in line with the general requirements of the new curriculum reform,but also in line with the teaching concept of "using your experience" module in the junior high school moral and rule of law textbook.In this context,this paper takes the trial teaching method created by Mr.Qiu Xuehua as the starting point to carry out in-depth research on its application in junior high school moral and rule of law(the eighth part),aiming to enrich and optimize the teaching method of junior high school moral and rule of law,and stimulate students' interest and enthusiasm in learning.This paper is divided into four parts,in addition to the introduction background,significance,research status and trend,research methods,research innovation for the study of the accumulation of theoretical basis,mainly by three chapters to elaborate.The first chapter defines the concept of trial teaching method,expounds the theoretical basis of trial teaching method,summarizes the characteristics of trial teaching method and its significance in the course of morality and rule of law,and summarizes the trial teaching method in general.In the second chapter,it is found through probation and practice that the trial teaching method is not easy to control in the classroom rhythm when it is applied to the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior high school;the students' thinking conversion is slow;the use of information resources is less;the assessment method is relatively simple,and the reasons are analyzedone by one.The third chapter,according to the specific practice,combined with the literature and materials,puts forward the specific implementation strategies of fully preparing lessons before class,enriching teaching presupposition,organizing teaching and research activities,mobilizing collective wisdom,developing information resources,broadening the way of use,adopting comprehensive evaluation and cultivating core literacy.It also divides and practices the trial teaching method in the specific implementation stage of junior high school moral and rule of law teaching,combs the topics and boxes suitable for the trial teaching method in the first volume of the eighth grade,and analyzes the reasons.Also for the "service society" this box for specific teaching design,as well as the implementation report after the end of teaching.
