In recent years, the number of graduates is increasing year by year, and the problem of employment is becoming more and more prominent.Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood and an important factor affecting social stability. Therefore,it is particularly urgent and important to solve the problem of graduates' employment. At the same time, with the continuous and in-depth development of the mass higher education in China, the first generation of college students in their families has become the main group of colleges and universities. It has been proved that compared with the family non generation college students, the first generation college students have some disadvantages in employment. However,at present, there are few researches on this group's career decision-making difficulties,so it is urgent and necessary to study the family first generation college students' career decision-making difficulties. In this study, questionnaire and interview were used.In the questionnaire method, the author adapted the college students' career decision-making questionnaire, and selected the senior students from 2 double first-class colleges and universities in L Province,3 general undergraduate schools and 5 schools as subjects. The paper-based questionnaire and questionnaire star were used to investigate.A total of 700 questionnaires were issued,639 of which were valid, with a recovery rate of 91.3%.Among them,439 of them were valid for the first generation of college students, and 200 of them were valid for the non first generation of college students. In the interview survey method, the author selected 8 students from rural and urban areas to interview, including 7 first-generation students and 1 non first-generation student. This study found that the first generation of college students have more difficulties in career decision-making than the non first generation of college students. The specific differences are shown in the following three aspects: first, the first generation of college students have more unreasonable beliefs.Second,a generation of college students have more difficulties in career information and self information.Third,a generation of college students have more difficulties in inconsistent information. In addition, this study also found that thereare differences in career decision-making difficulties among different groups of college students, which are embodied in the following seven aspects: first, boys face more difficult career difficulties than girls;second, rural students face more difficult career difficulties than urban students;third, students of non double first-class universities face more difficult career difficulties than double first-class students;Fourth,Student cadres are faced with lower degree of career difficulties.Fifth, students who actively participate in professional practice are faced with lower degree of career difficulties.Sixth, students who have participated in employment guidance have fewer difficulties in career information.Seventh, the employment resources provided by their families are conducive to reducing the employment difficulties of graduates. In view of the above findings, this study puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions from school, individual and enterprise. On the school side,we should help a generation of college students to understand the relationship between self and occupation, strengthen the construction of teaching staff, and further polish the employment guidance course. On the personal side,we should establish the correct professional concept, attach importance to the combination of theory and practice, and cultivate the ability of comprehensive professional adaptation. In the social aspect, enterprises increase internship positions, and the government improves the publicity of grassroots role models to provide a career development path for them.
