The rapid development of Internet information technology has promoted the informatization of education,and has also promoted the reform of education and teaching around the world.Therefore,our country has also issued a series of policies and strive to build a new mode of talent cultivation under the condition of "Internet +".At the same time,the emergence of a series of new teaching modes,such as flipped classroom,MOOC and SPOC,not only accelerates the change of traditional teaching mode,but also opens a new era of digital education.In view of the current situation that the talent cultivation of tourism management is difficult to adapt to the demand of tourism talents,it is necessary to vigorously promote the reform of tourism management teaching mode,so as to better meet the needs of tourism talents.According to the corresponding research results and research literature,although the SPOC-based flipped classroom teaching model has been well applied in many professional teachings and has achieved fruitful research results,there is little research in the teaching of tourism management major and there is a lack of corresponding empirical analysis.Therefore,in-depth exploration of the theoretical connotation and essential requirements of this teaching model,as well as the practical application countermeasures in the teaching of tourism management major,it is of great significance and value to enhance people's understanding of the SPOC-based flipped classroom teaching model,to promote the depth and expansion of relevant theoretical research,or to optimize the course teaching and improve the teaching quality.In terms of theoretical analysis,based on the research results and theoretical basis of the SPOC-based flipped classroom teaching model,this paper analyzes the basic theory of flipped classroom teaching model and SPOC respectively,and interprets the connotation from four aspects: the comparative analysis of SPOC and flipped classroom teaching model,the characteristics,process design and technical support of the SPOC-based flipped classroom teaching model.The purpose is to make people deeply understand and grasp the theoretical connotation and requirements of the SPOC-based flipped classroom teaching model,so as to lay the theoretical foundation for this research.In terms of empirical research,this paper uses questionnaires to investigate the basic situation of learners,the current teaching status and satisfaction,and the learning motivation and needs of the SPOC teaching model,and takes the tourism course of Tourism Management Major of Liaoning Normal University as an example to carry out the corresponding teaching practice.After the teaching practice,the teaching effect is investigated from three aspects: students' learning attitude,learning participation and learning satisfaction,and the results of the questionnaire are analyzed by SPSS 20.0 statistical analysis software and through the interview method to further understand the students' feedback and suggestions on the teaching model.The survey results show that students' learning attitudes and learning participation have been effectively improved,and their satisfaction with teachers,courses,and platforms is relatively high.Meanwhile,students put forward corresponding improvement suggestions from four aspects: teaching resources,teaching platforms,teaching environment and teachers' guidance for the problems encountered in the learning process,so as to lay an empirical foundation for the follow-up countermeasures.In terms of countermeasures analysis,based on theoretical analysis and empirical research,this paper mainly proposes strategies for optimizing the application of the SPOC-based flipped classroom teaching model from five aspects: resources,platforms,schools,teachers,and students in order to improve teaching.According to the author,only by strengthening the construction of MOOC resources for tourism management major,improving the suitability of MOOC and optimizing the MOOC experience;Building a new SPOC teaching platform,making up for the defects of the SPOC platform and optimizing the functions of the SPOC platform;Promoting teaching reform,strengthening teaching cooperation and improving supporting facilities;Strengthening skills training,optimizing teaching content and increasing online discussion;Cultivating good study habits,arranging study time reasonably and enriching online learning skills,can we give full play to the strengths and advantages of the SPOC-based flipped classroom teaching model,thereby promoting the improvement of teaching quality and personnel training quality of tourism management major.
