At present,China needs a large number of tourism talents to promote the sustainable development of tourism.Tourism higher education is a key factor to support the cultivation of tourism talents in China,and it is also an important way to cultivate tourism talents.Its classroom teaching quality directly affects the quality of tourism talents training."Tour guide practice" is the main course of undergraduate tourism management major.Its purpose is to cultivate practical and service-oriented talents that meet the needs of tourism industry,for tourism higher education,which requires to change the traditional classroom teaching method,improve the quality of classroom teaching and train students' practical operation ability and comprehensive quality as the main purpose of classroom teaching.The "271" teaching mode of Changle No.2 Middle School has attracted wide attention since it has achieved good results.The teaching mode of "271" effectively promotes students' enthusiasm for learning and improves classroom teaching effect by dividing classroom teaching time and attaching importance to group cooperation.Based on this,this paper,by referring to the relevant research results,conducts an in-depth study on the application of "271" teaching mode in the classroom teaching of undergraduate "Tour guide practice",and is committed to improving the quality of talent training for undergraduate tourism management.First of all,on the basis of relevant literature research and related theoretical research,this study focuses on the connotation and characteristics of "271" teaching mode and undergraduate "Tour guide practice" classroom teaching,and uses questionnaire survey and interview method to investigate and analyze the current situation of undergraduate "Tour guide practice" classroom teaching and find out the existing problems.Secondly,through the analysis and research on the relevant factors of classroom teaching,the classroom teaching link based on "271" teaching mode isdesigned,and the course "Handling of individual requirements of catering" is selected as the teaching case,which was implemented according to the design of the teaching link Classroom teaching based on the "271" teaching model.Thirdly,through the feedback questionnaire survey of classroom teaching students,the application effect of "271" teaching mode in the classroom teaching of "Tour guide practice" was verified by the feedback questionnaire survey of students in the classroom teaching.The results show that although the application of "271" teaching mode in the classroom teaching of undergraduate "Tour guide practice" has some shortcomings,it has solved the problems existing in the classroom teaching of undergraduate "Tour guide practice" to some extent and has certain classroom teaching effect.Finally,in view of the deficiencies in the case,this paper proposes improvement Suggestions from the five aspects of student initiative,study group construction,teacher teaching,the design of guided learning plan and the construction of teaching environment,in order to improve the quality of classroom teaching of the undergraduate "Tour guide practice" and provide a reference for improving the quality of the cultivation of tourism talents in China.
