At present,the degree of urbanization in our country is getting higher and higher,and the continuous influx of rural population makes the urban population increase.Although the absolute poverty in the urban population is few,the total number of the minimum living security population is still very large due to the huge difference between the urban and rural economic level.Compared with rural poverty,the causes of poverty in urban poor families are more complex.Major diseases,disability,incapacity,death,serving a sentence due to crime,and low personal willingness to work can lead to family poverty.In addition to the economic pressure,many dimensions such as education,health care,infrastructure,available welfare and security are deprived at the same time.In 2015,Shanghai took the lead in carrying out the pilot project of "bridge plan" in S district and j district.The project provides comprehensive social work services based on "children first,family first,community-based and prevention first",and explores effective ways for social work to intervene in the multiple poverty of urban poor families."Bridge project" originated from Chile's "love bridge project".It is a relatively independent system of social assistance,which is separated from social insurance.It has the characteristics of government supervision,social participation and civil operation.In 2016,the author began to contact the social work of the s-district bridge project in Shanghai to participate in the social assistance project.Based on theauthor's research and participation in the project,this paper discusses the theoretical connotation and practical characteristics of poor families,analyzes the causes of poverty of urban poor families,and summarizes the current mainstream poverty analysis theories,including: poverty culture theory,poverty structure theory The theory of individual poverty(mainly discusses the common poverty caused by illness and disability).Then,combining with the local exploration of social work intervention in urban poor families' service path,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of social work intervention in urban poverty.Facing the multiple needs of urban poor families,the existing poverty policies and services are obviously difficult to solve the multiple difficulties faced by poor families.How can social work effectively integrate resources,make scientific Analyze the applicable service plan and the role of social workers.Finally,it discusses the overseas experience and Enlightenment of social work's involvement in urban poor family service path,professional reflection and countermeasures and suggestions of social work's involvement in urban poor family service path,and reflects on the social work's involvement in urban poverty from three aspects of value concept,service method and service mode.
