The imortance of knowledge in modern enterprise is more than any time in the past The employees include explicit knowledge and implicit knowledge.The proportion of explicit knowledge is just "the tip of the iceberg".Most of the knowledge is implicit knowledge.The implicit knowledge is the power of incentive and the core cometitive ability,it is the most valuable asset of the company.The enterprises try to use implicit knowledge to achieve development and acquire wealth,so they must make the implicit knowledge explicitation.However,it is not easy for the employees to share their implicit knowledge.So,usingdifferent incentives to achieve synergy has the significance influence on the enterprise.Underthe background of knowledge-intensive firms,we research the relationship between the incentives(explicit incentive,inplicit incentive,active motivation and emerging incentive)and the level of implicit knowledge explicitation By the means of studying the influence pat2,aiming for a more comprehensive understanding of mechanism of incentive synergy,enrich the related theories.And it would provide the theoretical reference for enterprises in establishing reasonable incentive mechanisim,enhancing the management level of implicit knowledge,and boosting the enthusiasm of employees.This paper researches four kinds of incentive synergy dimensions,introducing the variable of knowledge sharing intentions.Studying the relationship between incentive synergy and the level of inplicit knowledge explicitation with the mediator of knowledge sharing intension,and constructs the conceptual model.The article give out the questionnaires to the employees in knowledge-intensive firms.After the questionnaires,the paper tests the reliability and validity of the data and propose the hypothesizes:(1)Under the background of knowledge-intensive firms,explicit incentive,inplicit incentive and emerging incentive have significant relationship with the level of implicit knowledge explicitation.(2)Knowledge sharing intentions have significant association with the level of implicit knowledge explicitation.(3)Explicit incentive,inplicit incentive,active incentive and emerging incentive have positive influence on the level of implicit knowledge explicitation with the mediator of knowledge sharing intensions.(4)Collectivism tendency has a moderating effect on the relationship between the independent variables and mediating variables.This study research the relationship between incentive synergy's elements and the level of implicit knowledge explicitation.And the paper finds the influence path.Finally,the paper propose the combination of incentives in different cultures,enriches the theory of incentive synergy and management of implicit knowledge,it will have important practical theory for enterprises.
