Performance management is one of the important management methods in modern enterprise,performance appraisal is the core work of performance management,and also a part of human resource management system.At present,the establishment of a scientific and effective performance evaluation program has become an important part of the enterprise management system.Under the economic globalization and the market economy system,domestic commercial banks how to design a set of effective to meet the rural commercial bank market competition,promote the sustainable development of their own performance appraisal program and for the rural commercial bank is of great significance.Customer manager is rural commercial bank connecting an important bridge between banks and customers,for the bank's market operations and day-to-day operations have important status and role.Generally speaking,the bank customer manager can take effective performance assessment,evaluation,incentive mechanism and will directly affect the rural commercial bank's operating results.This article uses the literature research method,interview method and quantitative analysis method to research the performance management mode of the bank customer manager,performance appraisal and management theory and method based on combination of A rural commercial bank's actual performance evaluation,design problems and comprehensive discussion of A rural commercial bank customer manager performance appraisal system,and put forward reasonable the suggestions to solve the problems,to optimize the performance management of customer manager for analysis.The main conclusions of this article are as follows:Through the on-the-spot investigation,understand the current status of A rural commercial bank performance evaluation system;Combined with the field investigation results,analyzed the existing A rural commercial bank performance evaluation system,evaluation index is one-sided,unfavorable evaluation system of customer manager team,and insufficient use of evaluation results feedback and assessment system is not included in all service customer satisfaction;To solve the problem,put forward the optimized design scheme of A rural commercial bank customer performance management,re design the performance appraisal system of customer manager;Respectively from the three aspects of system,technology and personnel,analysis of the current A rural commercial bank to carry out optimization of safeguard measures of the performance management of customer manager.
