Research On The Positive Effect And Risk Of Agricultural Land Capitalization

As the most important factor of production,agricultural land plays an irreplaceable role in stabilizing agricultural production,increasing farmers' income and maintaining national stability.This has bound the agricultural production to a certain extent.In recent years,with the deepening of research,some scholars have proposed to capitalized agricultural land as a kind of assets,so that its contractual management right can flow freely in the market like other goods,actively explore different ways of farming land capitalization,and have made positive progress.However,there have also been some problems in the process of agricultural land capitalization in China,such as the irregular flow of the process and the greater risk,which lies in the lack of perfect market for the capitalization of agricultural land and the lack of a complete market system for the capitalization of agricultural land,which leads to a mess of agricultural land transactions and a great deal of loss to the state and farmers.First,it systematically combs the related research at home and abroad,defines the related concepts of agricultural land capitalization,and probes into the related theories in depth.Secondly,the realization of farmland capitalization is summarized and summed up.Through the analysis and comparison of various ways,the differences between different ways are highlighted.At the same time,several representative capitalization methods are selected to carry out case analysis.Thirdly,through the selection of the panel data of 30 provinces in China(except Tibet)for 2006-2016 years as the research samples,the empirical study on the economic effects and ecological effects of agricultural land capitalization is carried out by using the C-D variation model and trans-log model.The results show that the agricultural capitalization has indeed promoted the economic development of China in a certain range.But it does not have a positive impact on the sustainable development of agriculture.It shows that China's agricultural land capitalization should pay more attention to the protection of the ecological environment and give full play to its ecological effect in the process of implementing the agricultural land capitalization.
