The culture,customs,and ethnic characteristics of between different countries are all different.Multinational corporations will inevitably face the problems of communication management between different cultures in the process of investment.This is an important research topic for cross-cultural management and transnational human resource management..F Group is the largest 3C product manufacturing company in China,the large-scale enterprises which ranked 27 in world's Fortune 500.Vietnam has become the largest overseas production base outside mainland China of F Group,facing morn than thirty thousands Vietnamese employees and a large number of Chinese Senior management.The differences in the language,history and cultural between China and Vietnam,which had bring obstacles in communication management,and will affecting the operation management of the Vietnam company of F Group,and then affecting the development of that company.In this thesis,F Group Vietnam company is the object of research,with cross-cultural communication management as the research theme.With the experience in F Group Vietnam companies,through use some methods as case analysis,questionnaires and other methods to analyze the F Group Vietnam company's cross-cultural communication management.Through the theory of cross-cultural communication management between domestic and foreign scholars,combined with the reality of F Group's Vietnam company,base on the problems in the company's communication management,and we propose some solutions which as to have more communication and understanding with each other,to avoid cultural conflicts affecting the development of the company,and to strengthen the cultivation of local employees,to achieve the localization of business management,but also to create a good communication channels for employees to create a harmonious atmosphere and so on.The research results of this dissertation provide valuable references and ideas for F Group Vietnam companies in cross-cultural communication management and transnational human resource management.
