Research On Application Of IPD Concept Of Hopsca Project Based On BIM Technology

At present,the development of domestic commercial projects,especially HOPSCA projects,is getting more and more popular.The HOPSCA brings together a variety of industries such as shopping,offices,hotels,apartments and conferences,and is dedicated to becoming a new landmark for bringing together regional consumption and enhancing urban vitality.The development and construction of HOPSCA projects are much more complex than residential projects and ordinary commercial projects,and require higher requirements for managers and implementers.Therefore,the introduction of BIM technology and IPD concept has become an inevitable trend.As an emerging data information platform,BIM technology enables all participants of the project to work together through a unified data language.In order to enhance the high communication efficiency,enhance the design quality,and promote information transfer,all aspects of the HOPSCA project development and construction Effective use of such aspects plays an important role,and the implementation of the IPD concept can provide BIM technology with an environment and atmosphere of mutual trust,mutual benefit,and sincerity,and is a complex project with a large volume,various formats,and many parties involved in HOPSCA projects.The smooth implementation and cost savings provide protection.This paper takes the practice of “Wanda BIM Project” as an example to analyze the entire implementation process from project R&D to design,construction,and operation,and introduces the application results and important role of BIM technology in the project.The project implements the IPD concept and requires all participating parties to participate in the project as early as possible.It needs and contributes to the advancement of the project.Each major works collaboratively on the unified BIM software,and develops the project BIM standard,establishes the fine degree of BIM model,and applies data parameters.The breakthrough application made in the form of delivery of results and standards,the integration of BIM models and cost calculations,and the construction of collaborative platforms have provided exemplary roles and breakthroughs for the domestic construction industry in the implementation of BIM technology and the application of the IPD concept.
