At some effective policies or adjusAs the relationship between construction land supply and demand for sustainable economic development is continually imbalanced,it is essential to improve the efficiency of urban construction land utilization.Taking the example of Ningde City to illustrate how the population,economics,society and policies in a certain area influence on the construction land use,this thesis selects seven direct or indirect factors to do the quantitative empirical analysis.By using the ridge regression and excluding the effects of multicollinearity,the model shows that urbanization rate and regional GDP have greatest impact on the intensive level of land use in Ningde when compared to other factors,reaching 32.95%as high.The third industry is also closely related with 14.47%influencing ratio.The proportion of the policy impact is 12.04%,ranking 4th.From the perspective of elasticity coefficient,the intensive level of land use is most sensitive to the government policies.The influence of population density and fixed assets investment is almost the same,with 11.99%and 11.75%respectively.There is a negative correlation between construction land per capita and intensive use of urban construction land,reaching-7.96%.Therefore,we got the conclusion thtments should made in this regards in Ningde.The first step is the medium and long term city planning should scientifically concerned with population and land programming,which can help to promote the continuous city development on the right track.Then it is important to speed up the scale of new urbanization and enhance the aggregate economic development and promote the intensive level of urban construction land.Finally,it is the key to improve related policy system and strengthen policy guidance to expand fixed asset investment and increase the proportion of the third industry in the economic development.
