Research On Transformation Efficiency Of Innovation Achievements Of Industrial Enterprises Above The Scale In China

Industry occupies an important strategic position in the development of national economy,with the development of China's economy entering a new normal,new requirements have been put forward for industrial's development.From "made in China" to "made in China”,We must strengthen the technological innovation capacity of industrial enterprises.The enterprise scientific and technological innovation activities include two stages: innovation research and development,and innovation transformation.The industrial enterprises have achieved fruitful achievements in the research and development stage by increasing investment in innovative resources,which helps the efficiency in innovation research and development stage has been effectively improved.However,in the stage of achievement transformation,the problems such as low quality of innovation achievements and "disconnection" with market demand both affect the innovation achievements to create more economic benefits for enterprises.Based on this background,it is very important to research the efficiency of innovation transformation.In this paper,China's industrial enterprises above the scale are taken as the research subject,and the transformation efficiency of innovation achievements of China's industrial enterprises above the scale is measured and evaluated by the dea-bcc model and dea-malmquist index.The results show that:(1)Industrial enterprises above the scale in most cities and provinces in 2015 innovation achievements transformation efficiency value is less than 1,the overall efficiency of innovation achievements transformation was not very high and the regional differences were too large;(2)The reasons for the low efficiency of innovation achievements transformation of industrial enterprises in different regions are different,The inefficiency of the eastern region is caused by the decrease of scale compensation,and the inefficiency of the central region is due to the low efficiency of pure technology,However,the efficiency of innovation achievements transformation in western region not high was caused by pure technology inefficiency and scale inefficiency;(3)In the 12 th five-year plan period,the transformation efficiency of innovation achievements of industrial enterprises above the scale in China showed a trend of first declining and then improving.Based on the research results,This paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for improving the efficiency by increasing investment in innovation resources,strengthening cooperation between regions,deepening the integration of industry-university-research,perfecting the transformation service system of scientific and technological innovation achievements,broaden the enterprise achievements transformation financing channels and strengthen the inter-disciplinary talent training and the introduction.
