The Spatial Balance Degree Evaluation On Land Use

Human and natural environment is a complex,dynamic,and open gigantic system,which is continuously interact and mutual influence each other.With the acceleration of the development of human society and economy,the contradiction between human and natural environment is becoming increasingly prominent.Land resources that have bearing and inoculation for human society,with the constant expansion of the scale of human activity,has shown lots of problems,such as land degradation,land waste,etc.How to utilize land resources scientifically,rationally and effectively,giving full play to the maximum efficiency of land resources and make it sustainable is one of the effective ways to buid resource-saving and environment-friendly society.This article takes Guigang municipal district as the research object,study the temporal and spatial variation of land use spatial balance degree in Guigang municipal district.Using the GIS technology,the evaluation index system of the spatial balance degree of land use is constructed by using the theory of space balance in the municipal district of Guigang as the evaluation unit,combined with the analysis method of Arcgis space-time complex,the land use status of each township in Guigang urban area is studied,the spatial equilibrium type of land use is evaluated,and the spatial and temporal evolution pattern of the spatial equilibrium type of the land use in the towns of Guigang municipal district is analyzed,which provides a scientific reference for sustainable land use in Guigang municipal district.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)It is feasible to study the equilibrium degree of land use by putting the equilibrium theory into the temporal and spatial framework of land use.The equilibrium theory originates from the western economics and constructs a framework to study the spatial balance of land use from the perspective of supply and development,thus judging the land use status of the city of Guigang City as a new trend of evaluation of land use.The endowment difference of natural resources in the region causes different regions to have different ability of land use and development,and the capacity of development is limited to the supply capacity of the region.By comparing the relationship between the two,the balance of land use can be judged.(2)The evolution of supply capacity and the intensity of land use development in various towns in Guigang municipal district were analyzed,and the sustainability of land use was evaluated.In the past 2011~2015 years,as a whole,the growth intensity of land use development in Guigang municipal district is faster than that of supply capacity of land use development.Guigang City's overall land use and supply system will face enormous pressure in the future,the development situation is not optimistic;Specifically,the combination types of supply capacity and intensity of land use development in different towns is different,the development difference between regions is very large.(3)It is in favor of the optimization of land use pattern in Guigang municipal district to delimit the equilibrium type and analyzing the spatial evolution pattern of Guigang municipal district according to the relationship between the supply capacity and the intensity of land use space development.In the past 2011~2015 years,the spatial equilibrium degree of land use in Guigang municipal district changed from single to severe.Different proposals are put forward for the transformation of different villages and towns,which is conducive to the rational and effective utilization of land resources in all townships.While maintaining economic development,we must achieve the goal of sustainable land use.
