An Empirical Study On The Implementation Effect And Influencing Factors Of Grain Subsidy Policy In Anhui Province

Agriculture is not only the basis of a country's economic development,but also plays a crucial role in the stability of state power,the continuous development of other industries and the daily life of the people.The steady development of the agricultural economy can accelerate the country's progress and enhance the overall national strength.If a country wants to improve its economic strength and speed up its modernization drive,the first condition is the rapid development of the agricultural economy.It is precisely because agriculture plays an important role in national development that all governments in the world have issued corresponding policies for the benefit of farmers,and the grain subsidy policy is the policy that has the most advantages in the implementation of the policy.Food subsidy policy is not only a policy to benefit farmers,but also an important fiscal policy tool to make up for the weak nature of agriculture.Agricultural production has strong instability,accompanied by certain agricultural risks.The food production process is easily influenced by factors such as climate and seasons,resulting in unstable food production returns and too long investment and reporting cycles.The food subsidy policy is designed to help farmers resist the risks posed by the weak nature of agriculture,so that farmers are willing to continue to work in food production and to attract more people to engage in food production without any worries.The purpose of the formulation and implementation of grain subsidy policy is to increase the planting area of grain by increasing the enthusiasm of farmers to grow grain,so as to achieve the result of increasing grain production.This article first gives a brief overview of the formulation and implementation of China's grain subsidy policy,and then gives an overview of the implementation of Anhui's grain subsidy policy based on the introduction and analysis of food subsidy policies of various countries in the world.And put forward the problems existing in the implementation of the grain subsidy policy in Anhui Province,and finally put forward corresponding suggestions for the existing problems.
