In the context of globalization,enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition,the current talent competition is the key to business competition,and efficient pay management for enterprise development is essential.In this paper,Erkang Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,for example,in the future development of Erkang pharmaceutical companies from the specific development goals,to conduct a specific analysis,through the discovery of Erkang pharmaceutical company pay management problems and according to enterprises and employees in particular Sexual analysis,and thus put forward targeted recommendations.Firstly,it analyzes the theory of strategic salary management,discusses the development of strategic management theory and strategic human resource management theory,and analyzes its main ideas.This paper reviews the status quo and theoretical progress of strategic salary from the perspective of concept definition,theoretical development process and strategic salary distribution,and makes a theoretical basis for the following analysis.Secondly,the present situation of Erkang Pharmaceutical Company is briefly introduced.The existing organization and personnel status are analyzed.On this basis,the current salary system of Erkang Pharmaceutical Company is analyzed,which includes salary structure,bonus structure,subsidy structure and Welfare structure and analysis of the four aspects of the welfare system,and pointed out that the company's current pay system is not perfect salary system,and the company strategy out of touch,the floating salary of the total proportion of the total pay,salary system and employees can not be linked,human capital value can not be reflected,And human resources strategy does not match,corporate culture and salary strategy is not suited to the problem.Thirdly,on the basis of analyzing the current salary system of Erkang Pharmaceutical Company and the development strategy of Erkang Pharmaceutical Company in the next three years,the paper discusses the principle of strategic salary management system construction and the specific improvement method of salary strategy.Finally,from the establishment of strategic remuneration committee,establish a good communication mechanism,improve the performance appraisal system and other aspects of the analysis of the implementation of the strategic compensation system of Erkang pharmaceutical companies.
