Study On The Difference And Influencing Factors Of Travel Behavior Of Public Rental Housing In Chongqing

Public rental housing as the largest policy housing is an important means to protect the life of the weak groups.Travel behavior is one of the most basic activities in people's daily life and it happens nearly every day.The quality of travel directly affects the quality of people's life.Due to the difference of external environmental conditions,the public rental housing in different location conditions leads to a great difference in travel characteristics of residents.Therefore,comparing the travel behavior of public rental housing under different location conditions is of great significance for improving the traveling and living conditions of public rental housing.Based on the related research,this paper analyze the decision-making mechanism of resident travel behavior and explaine the main influencing factors of each decision stage.And sum up the internal factors into four categories: basic characteristics,economic characteristics,uncertainty,and travel attitudes.Based on this,the structural equation model for influencing factors of residents' travel behavior was proposed and the hypothesis was suggested.Using the survey data to analyze the behavior characteristics of public rental housing in Chongqing under different location conditions and compare the difference.And then,makes a quantitative analysis of the impact mechanism of those factors,and by the example of the public rental communities,comparing the differences between the two communities,which have a different location conditions in Chongqing.The results show that the public rental community residents in different location conditions vary in travel frequency,mode,time,distance and cost.At the same time,the basic characteristics of the four factors do not show spatial difference,while the other three factors show spatial difference in different location conditions.For the suitable public rental community,the travel attitude is the main factor affecting the residents' travel,and the economic characteristics is the most important factor for the public rental community with poor location conditions.
