The practice of many excellent enterprises has proved that although most of the company's production departments have their own performance assessment methods,but the methods and methods are not fully reasonable and scientific,the satisfaction of the production staff to the current performance assessment is very low.In fact,the biggest problem in the process of performance assessment is that the indicators are difficult to quantify.The performance indicators designed by the production departments of many companies are not consistent with the actual work,and the contribution of the workers in the work is ignored.The important contribution other than the employees' production task is not the present performance index,which makes the producer.Work enthusiasm is not high,impeding the development of companies and individuals.Taking the production department of DF as the research object,on the basis of the related theory of performance appraisal system and the background of the status and problems of the performance appraisal of the production department of DF company,this paper uses the method of combining the KPI and 360 degree assessment,and takes the customer demand as the guidance,and decomposes the indexes of customer and enterprise management into groups,The individual KPI index is designed to design the KPI performance evaluation index of the production department of DF company.The analytic hierarchy process is used to make a comparative scientific definition of the weight range.A practical and practical performance appraisal system suitable for the DF company's own characteristics is discussed and constructed,so as to improve the status of performance assessment in the production department of DF company.The performance management of production department is changed from single dimension to multi dimension.Performance will match assessment guidance and management orientation,improve the satisfaction of the production staff,stimulate the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of the workers' work,thus promote the growth of the employees,improve the enterprise performance and realize the long-term development of the enterprise.This article is divided into six main parts:the first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the present research status of the performance appraisal system at home and abroad;the second part is the theoretical basis of the performance appraisal system,and the detailed introduction of the balanced scorecard,the key performance index(KPI),the target management method and the 360 degree evaluation system.Analysis of the advantages and characteristics of the key performance index(KPI);the third part systematically introduces the production department of DF company,including its current performance assessment status,and the existing problems;the fourth part is the performance management model based on quality,cost,delivery,safety and efficiency(QCDSP).DF company set up a reasonable KPI performance evaluation system,first determine the department level KPI indicators,and then determine the class level of KPI indicators,the final implementation to the production staff individual,and determine the weight of the indicators;the fifth part is to summarize the guarantee measures to ensure the DF company's production department to implement the KPI performance appraisal system;the sixth part is The conclusion is a summary of the whole paper.
