Research On The Way To Curb "Numbers Out Of Poverty" In The Process Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

China's targeted poverty alleviation policy is based on the current situation of China's national conditions,and the party central committee has proposed the original concept of poverty alleviation.Under the background of our country to build a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way,targeted poverty alleviation has become the latest expression of rural poverty alleviation strategy,it is also a realistic choice to ensure the authenticity and orderly of poverty alleviation work.Targeted poverty alleviation work has now entered the final sprint stage,in order to achieve the goal of the rural poor get rid of poverty,the poor counties pick off poor label by 2020,we must be under the unified leadership of the Central Committee of the Party,unite forces from all walks of life in society,give full play to the positive role of the main body of poverty,and spare no effort to cast off the label of the poorest and achieve the goal of eliminating poverty and getting rich.Since the policy of targeted poverty alleviation has been put forward,it has made remarkable results.But there is still a lot of difficulties and problems for the local central committee and grass-roots unit to implement the poverty alleviation work,and there is formalism in poverty alleviation.On June 23,2017,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the seminar on the battle against poverty in the deeply impoverished areas: "The poverty relief plan must not be divorced from reality and advance arbitrarily,poverty reduction standards should not be reduced at will,we must not engage in ‘Numbers out of Poverty'."
