Research On Production Efficiency Promotion Strategies Of J Electric Bicycle Enterprise

With the rapid development of electric bicycle industry and the increasingly diversity of customer requirements,Market competition becomes increasingly fierce.To maintain long-term stable development,electric bicycle companies should not only compete on price,but improve the management benefit through the improvement of procurement,production,sales,logistics,etc.How to reduce the waste in production process,reduce production cost,improve production efficiency and how to adjust the production capacity to meet the changeable market demand become the focus of attention of electric bicycle companies.The research object of this paper,Tianjin J electric bicycle co.,LTD is a typical small and medium-sized electric bicycle manufacturing enterprises.First of all,to solve the problem of low efficiency of production and meet the volatility needs of market,the production status is analyzed by field observation and investigation interview.The workshop layout and process chart of electric vehicle assembling are drawn.The analyze result show that the two main reasons of the problem of low efficiency are the waste of working hours caused by the imbalance of assembly line and the instability of the production process affected by the poor site management,the lack of skills of the workers,poor quality of raw materials.Secondly,with the use of operation analysis,work measurement,artificial engineering theory,the theory of assembly line balance,some bottleneck process is improved.After a series of improvements,the line balancing rate was increased from 73.87% to 94.37%.Finally,to solve the problem of the instability of the production process,some ensuring measures for stable production are presented.5S management plan are presented to improve the poor site management.Staff training and fostering multi-skilled workers measures are presented to improve the lack of skills of the workers.Appropriate incoming inspection plan is presented to strengthen the quality management of raw materials and solve the quality problem of the material.This study systematically promotes the production efficiency of the company by improving the balance rate of the assembly line,improving the management level,fostering multi-skilled workers,strengthening the quality management of raw materials.The result of this study can help the company meet the changeable market demand and enhance competitiveness in the market.
