With the acceleration of the pace of society,people's material living standards have been greatly enriched.As more and more people began to pursue spiritual culture,their emphasis on their own health and entertainment continued to stronger.increase,and the people's awareness of physical exercise became stronger and Square dance has become an important way forthe masses to enjoy leisure and fitness due to its moderate exercise load,low hardware requirements,and a broad mass base.It is not only recognized by the masses as a popular sport in the National Fitness Program(2016-2020).One of the projects Dance Kyushu--"Lead Dance Cup" 2016 National Square Dance Competition Finals(Hainan "Lingshui)and China Square Dance Open Competition Notice",And the National Sports General Administration released the "13th Five-Year Plan for Sports Development" on May 5,2016."Implementing the nationwide fitness strategy and accelerating the development of mass sports" square dance has become an important part of the plan;but At the same time,problems such as ineffective support for guidance and management mechanisms have become increasingly prominent,and the contradiction between multi-level demands and effective supply shortages remains prominent.This article uses literature research,interviews,mathematical statistics,questionnaires and other research methods to investigate the factors and styles that affect the development of square dance in the Miao region,systematically analyze and sort out the status quo,and finally address the existing problems.Make a feasibility suggestion.It will play an active role in promoting national fitness and promoting the development of square dance in ethnic minority areas.It will provide a theoretical basis for the integration,protection,and inheritance of ethnic minority square dance and Miao dance styles,and provide for the development of square dance in other minority regions.Lessons can be learned.The square dancing in the Miao region of Southeast Guizhou is of a distinctive style,revealing a unique sense of culture and beauty;its distinctive style is reflected in its simplicity,unrestrainedness,unrestrainedness,and unpretentiousness and its rich temperament.This research is responsible for the “5+1” communities in Danzhai County,Leishan County,and Taijiang County in southeastern Guizhou Province,and10 local square dance experts,representative inheritors of Miao Lusheng Dance,and relevant government departments.People conducted interviews and filmed a large number of square dance and Miao square dance dance videos for analysis;the survey results showed that the development of square dances in the Miao region has shown“central prosperity”due to local economic development and ethnic cultural differences.The phenomenon of desolation around:(1)Propaganda is weak and the government does not pay enough attention to it.The venue facilities cannot satisfy the exercisers,there are few opportunities to participate in the competition,the exercise contents are presented in layers,and square dances are usually danced,and dances of the Miao people dance during the festival.(2)There is a serious shortage of professional social instructors.Many participants follow the lead dancers in the square dance movement to imitate them.The lead dancers generally do not correct mistakes.For a long time,the movements have formed,but the participants do not know whether their actions are right or wrong.(3)Age-specific people participating in square dance exercises.The most concentrated in the 45-65 age group,the majority of the participating people are retired elderly,with the characteristics of frequent participation and long training time;the ratio of male and female Miao ethnic square dance participants is not much difference.(4)The square dance in the Miao region is influenced by the local economy and culture,highlighting its unique style.The content of square dance is not much different from the national uniform routine,but it is closely related to the local Miao dance culture in terms of team form,organization form,music selection,selection of fitness content,use props,use site,clothing,and movement structure.There are also many problems with the style and characteristics that have affected the development of the square dance.(5)The influence of foreign cultural intervention.Tourism development has caused many local dance cultures to appear on festivals and gradually lose their original features.Therefore,we must make good use of the bright prospects of square dance development in the context of healthy China to protect intangible cultural heritage;use the Miao ethnic dance cultural resources to boldly innovate and highlight the personality of dance elements in the Miao region in square dance,and highlight the functions of entertainment and fitness.Promote the further development of social sports in the Miao region.(6)People lack understanding of scientific fitness.The lack of relaxation after exercise is a prominent problem in today's square dance exercisers.From the point of view of training science and scientific fitness,if the exercise is not relaxed,it will beeasy for lactic acid to accumulate and muscle soreness.In the long run,some exercisers who want to maintain their stature will not achieve the effect of exercise.Based on the analysis of the results of the actual survey,I made the following suggestions for the better development of the square dance in the Miao ethnic group in Southeast Guizhou:(1)Various departments strengthened publicity and guidance and raised the level of emphasis.(2)Improve management mechanisms and increase funding.(3)Highlight national elements and boldly reform and innovate.(4)Integrate dance cultural resources and highlight entertainment and fitness functions.(5)Increase popularization and promote scientific fitness.
