Mass organizations are an important part of our party's cause,a great creation of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and a powerful embodiment of our party's mass line.In the historical changes of China in the past 100 years,the functional positioning of the Mass organizations has been constantly changing with the evolvments of the times,and with the relatively stable organizational form,the expression and maintenance of the interests of the connected mass have been realized,and the politics,economy,and the development of culture has a certain positive impact.At the same time,the coordinated management of group organizations is one of the main ways to achieve the goal of national governance and modernization of governance system,and group reform is also an important part of our country's comprehensive deepening reform strategy deployment.Judging from the process of mass organization reform,collaborative governance is an important starting point for participating in the provision of public services when organizing work,and it is also the key to building a multi-supply mechanism in the Chinese context.Under the background that the current mass organization development has achieved certain results,the mass organization has a lack of synergy awareness,less resource sharing,and less standardized methods in the process of internal coordination,which deviates to some extent.The original intention of collaborative management among mass organizations has affected the effectiveness of collaborative governance.From the perspective of public management,this paper firstly expounds the research background,purpose and significance of the mass organization's collaborative governance model.At the same time,it studies the basic issues of mass organization at home and abroad,the content of the new era organization reform,and the theory of collaborative governance.The status quo is sorted out;secondly,the concept of mass organization,the definition of basic issues and the collaborative governance model of mass organizations are further understood;Taking the empirical research on the coordinated management of the mass organizations in Province H as an example,through the research methods of the personnel investigation and interviews of the mass organizations in Province H,the relevant issues of the coordinated management between the group organizations are taken as the research contents,and the relevant documents are reviewed.As a base point,focus on the reasons for the poor effectiveness of collaborative governance among mass organizations;Finally,a rational and scientific model of collaborative management between organizations in the new era is constructed.The research suggestions and methods should be handled from the perspectives of handling good relations,following principles,legal system and institutional mechanism,and also providing reform for mass organizations.A new research perspective and theoretical practice foundation to promote the advanced development of collaborative governance between mass organizations.
