Case Studies Of Participatory Community Building Projects Run By Social Work Organizations

In the report of the 19 th National People's Congress,it is proposed to strengthen the construction of the community governance system,give play to the role of social organization,and achieve the benign interaction between government governance,social regulation and resident autonomy.At present,the participation of citizens in community governance is low and the level of participation is not high.How to mobilize residents to participate in community public life has become an urgent problem to be solved in current community governance.Participatory governance is a modern form of modern governance structure and democratic practice in contemporary China.Community building focuses on tapping the potential of residents,encouraging residents to self-government,and developing communities with the joint efforts of residents.The concepts and methods of community building are conducive to promoting innovation in community governance.This paper takes the N social work organization to run the participatory community construction project in the T community as a case,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the community community participatory community construction,and then proposes the effectiveness improvement strategy.Based on the theory of community building and the theory of participatory democracy,this research is conducted through literature research,observation,unstructured interviews and case studies.This article consists of five parts.The first chapter introduces the background and significance of this topic,the research summary at home and abroad,the research methods and the definition of related concepts.The second chapter expounds the necessity of the T community to carry out the participatory community construction project,and the former T community in the N institution as a new urban community.The third chapter expounds the model of N-participation T-community participatory community construction.It is divided into five stages to carry out community construction projects based on participatory theory.The fourth chapter is to evaluate the effectiveness of community building projects in T community.From the perspective of optimizing community service resources,increasing residents' community participation,building a mutual help network for residents,and increasing community social capital,the role of community building is illustrated.The existing problems include the unstable fund purchase of the foundation,the imperfect institutional self-evaluation system,the large mobility of social workers,and the active participation of community residents.The fifth chapterexpounds the ideas of social work institutions participating in community building.It believes that it is necessary to link resources of all parties to build a platform for sharing public welfare resources,improve the professional supervision and supervision mechanism of social institutions,improve the management ability of social work institutions,and cultivate various participation skills of residents.Strategy can effectively improve the efficiency of social work institutions to operate participatory communities.
