A Case-based Social Work Intervention Study On The Elimination Of Welfare Dependence Of Urban Subsistence Allowances

With the development of economy,the progress of society and the continuous improvement of social policy,social assistance in China has made remarkable achievements in system construction,talent support,policy innovation and bottom guarantee.But at the same time of achievement,there are some problems that need to be solved,such as the welfare dependence of the minimum living insurance object.This phenomenon and problem lead to the fact that the low-income insurance object can not stimulate self-efficacy to change the predicament,and then give birth to such bad habits as "waiting,relying,and demanding" of the difficult groups,which will consume the limited human and social security resources,destroy the fairness and justice of the social assistance system benefiting the people and the perfection of the system itself,and finally affect the great process of building a well-off society in an all-round way.The author personally participated in the "warm Cube" project in Beijing,and found that there are different degrees of welfare dependence problems in the current low-income insurance assistance,including the superposition of welfare policies,imperfect government employment services,low subjective employment willingness of low-income insurance objects.Therefore,we can solve the problem of our country’s welfare dependence by reducing the superposition of welfare policies,improving the employment service of the government and helping the poor to change their incorrect ideas,and the key point is to help the poor to change their incorrect ideas.Taking Zhuo as a case,this study conducted a professional intervention on the problem of welfare dependence in XX community,in order to eliminate its welfare dependence psychology,constantly tap and enhance its own potential and development ability,so as to help it get rid of difficulties and move towards the society.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.Based on the professional theory of social work,the author uses literature research,in-depth interview and case work to elaborate the basic problems of eliminating welfare dependence.The second chapter is the investigation of Zhuo,the object of XX community minimum living insurance.The author first presents the specific problems in detail,and then analyzes the causes of the problems.The third chapter is the process of case practice.Here,five representative cases are cited to establish a good professional relationship,change the image of the case owner,and enhance their contact with the collective.The fourth chapter is the conclusion and evaluation.The author uses the professional investigation and evaluation form to evaluate the completion of the case comprehensively and make a decision to close the case.The fifth chapter is summary and reflection.The author summarizes the professional methods and service process of the case,and provides ideas and reference for the elimination of welfare problems of the minimum living insurance object.
