At present,the reform of the Young Pioneers is in full swing,the Young Pioneers have a history of more than 70 years since its establishment,the organization and development of the Young Pioneers have formed their own unique system so far,and the times are progressing continuously.Under the social background of cultural pluralism and informatization,the Young Pioneers must adjust their own problems in the process of development in time.Only in this way can the ideological education function of Young Pioneers be brought into play better.The organizational culture of the Young Pioneers occupies a large proportion in the work of the Young Pioneers.To reform the Young Pioneers,it is also necessary to start with the organizational culture of the Young Pioneers.On the basis of fully understanding the development of the organizational culture of the Young Pioneers and continuously carrying out innovative practice,the organizational culture of the Young Pioneers can play its due role.This research mainly uses the data analysis method,the questionnaire survey method,the interview method and the observation method to carry on the multi-angle in-depth research to the young pioneers' organizational culture,the research altogether divides into the following four parts.The first part is the theoretical exploration of the organizational culture of the Young Pioneers.First,it clarifies the concepts of culture,organizational culture and the organizational culture of the Young Pioneers.On this basis,it combines the theoretical basis of organizational culture-the theory of organizational culture factors.The 7s management frame of the organizational culture and the theoretical origin of the development of the organizational culture of the Young Pioneers find strong theoretical support for the study of the organizational culture of the Young Pioneers.Thirdly,by using the classification method of organizational culture,the organizational culture of the Young Pioneers is defined as the structure of "three layers and four points.Material culture and behavioral culture are the surface layer.Finally,according to the classification of the young pioneers' organizational culture,this paper probes into the function and function of the young pioneers' organizational culture.The second part carries on the practice exploration through the investigation research,on the basis of analyzing the questionnaire investigation result,the interview record and the observation record,has formed the understanding to the young pioneers'organizational culture development condition of the five schools in Shaanxi Province.This paper summarizes the problems existing in the organizational culture of the Young Pioneer team,and analyzes the reasons for the advantages and disadvantages.The third part is to reflect on the organizational culture of the Young Pioneers.The development of the organizational culture of the Young Pioneers is uneven,the management system of the organizational Culture of the Young Pioneers is not perfect,and the professionalization of counselors is slow.The sense of honor of the Young Pioneers and the lack of characteristic innovation in the activities of the Young Pioneers are deeply reconsidered.The fourth part is the construction of the organizational culture of the Young Pioneers in the new era.This part is based on the above three parts,combined with the theoretical and practical exploration of the organizational culture of the Young Pioneers,from the core values of the Young Pioneers,system management,ritual education,Counselor specialization,activity design and other aspects to construct the new era of the Young Pioneer team organizational culture construction efforts direction.
