Research On The Governance Of Domestic Violence From The Perspective Of Social Governance

"Don't talk to strangers" is a TV series that reflects domestic violence,has caused widespread public attention.However,some domestic violence cases in real life are far more brutal than drama,and often evolve into criminal cases,resulting in family tragedies.Domestic violence has long been a private issue of "no ugliness and ugliness".It has become a stage of urgent need for social attention,public power intervention,and legal governance.It needs to be included in the scope of joint governance of government and social management.Domestic violence governance is a systematic project,which needs long-term efforts,three-dimensional maintenance and joint efforts of multiple units,departments and the public.This paper mainly uses the perspective of social governance,through the analysis of the concept,characteristics and governance significance of domestic violence,after studying the experience and practice of other countries and provinces in anti domestic violence,analyzes the actual work of anti domestic violence in this region,aiming at solving the problem of domestic violence governance in this region,according to the logical thinking of putting forward,analyzing and solving problems,and in the study country Based on the international practice and the experience of other provinces in the country,this paper puts forward countermeasures to prevent and control domestic violence.It includes the governance pattern with the government as the leading multi-agent,joint cooperation and the whole society's participation.
