We should not ignore the effect of the subjective initiative when we recognized objective international environment determine China's diplomacy.Since the establishment of People's Republic of China, seven decades has been passed, and Chinese diplomacy have been surging forward with great momentum.Look back to Chinese diplomacy,it is not difficulty to find national security, ideology, national interest, national physical strength and other factors have important effects on Chinese diplomacy. However,we should not ignore the significance of the sense of morality and justice.By using the Constructivism of international relation theory for reference, following Chinese practical situations,I argued that the sense of morality and justice effected the identity of Chinese diplomacy, and this identity effected Chinese diplomacy actions, and then facilitated changes and developments of international society. Therefore,we suggested a hypothesis that the sense of morality and justice had an important position on Chinese foreign policy, and had a great influence on the historical process of the establishment of diplomatic relations with other countries since the 1950 s to 1980 s.The sense of morality and justice in China's diplomacy have four aspects, first, helping small and weak neighbouring countries suffering from foreign invasions;second, the idea of right and wrong;third, the idea of basic values;fourth, the idea of international doctrine.During that period of time, many historical cases reflected the great effect brought by the sense of morality and justice on Chinese diplomacy.Mao Zedong personal sense of helping neighbouring countries suffering from difficulty produced a major effect on the policy of resisting U.S.aggression and aiding North Korea.Under the effect of the idea of right and wrong, the issue of Algeria became the precondition for the normalization of diplomatic relations between China and France.Under the sense of morality and justice, the Indochina problem became China's key concern during the process of Sino-U.S.Rapprochement.Following the idea of international doctrine,China proposed Eight Principles for Foreign Economic Technological Aid and Fourth Principles for Economic and Technological Cooperation between China and Africa. These cases more or less presented that the sense of morality and justice had important place and effect on China's foreign policy since 1950's to 1980's.Today,we should not overlook the effect of the sense of morality and justice, and we should insist on the sense of morality and justice in current China's foreign affairs.
