Because of negative influence of exam-oriented education,many first-tier teachers pay more attention to the efficiency of pumping knowledge and ability into students.At the same time,the students accept the teacher's instilling passively.In the long term,it would cause the lack of the students' innovation ability,willpower and the solving ability when facing problems of real situation.Students would be poor at both processing information comprehensively and expressing themselves in the face of real-life problems.Based on the need of Social development,the research combines theory of Dialogue with practice on teaching.On the basis of related documents,the author has made her viewpoint and standpoint clear,Dialogue Teaching is badly necessary in the junior middle school stage in the form of Problems-Based Learning.It is also pointed that teachers should respect and treat students fairly during teaching.Using the combined method of qualitative and quantitative analysis,we try to answer the questions above.In the period of research,the writer has collected a large number of literature,compared the differences of at home and abroad for the Analysis of conception,characteristics of Dialogue Teaching.Through the research of junior middle school,we have found that current information technology Dialogue-teaching are embarrassed facing complex problems and the reasons should be analyzed in a timely manner.Now it is necessary for students to improve the consciousness of mutual dialogue and practical ability.So the idea of Dialogue Teaching has been proposed.It brings the spiritual meeting between teachers and students.We do the research under the background of social environment and times,integrate all kinds of available information resources and try to reform teaching methods and means of modem information technology.Through the application of the information technology Dialogue Teaching,we get to know the means and strategy step by step.It is concluded that the original research results and research conclusion with a certain height and depth have appeared in the end.For junior high school students' information literacy training,it is of certain reference value and practical significance.
