The expansion of reading in high school language classes in primary schools is an effective way to improve students' reading quality and broaden the depth and breadth of reading.It is indispensable for teachers to fulfill their effectiveness.This study first collected and sorted out the literature materials for expanding reading teaching in primary school Chinese classes,and conducted in-depth research with the support of relevant theoretical foundations.Taking an internship school in Yangzhou City H as an example,classroom observation,questionnaires,and interviews were used to investigate the role of teachers in the development of reading in senior grades.The clusters were randomly selected from two grades in grades 5 and 6 of Yangzhou H Primary School.A total of 240 senior elementary school students and 25 senior Chinese language teachers in the class are the subjects of the study.Combined with the results of the questionnaires,interview records,and records of class attendance,the teachers in the development of reading in the high school Chinese language classes should have The role is summarized and analyzed to understand where the teachers' role in the expansion of reading instruction in the upper primary school Chinese language classes is inadequate.It is acknowledged that the role of teachers in the extended reading instruction in the classroom plays a prominent role,and at the same time,the cause of the teacher's role is insufficiently developed.analysis.In the course of expanding reading teaching in class,there are some problems in the role of teachers in the play:selection of reading content is more arbitrary,ignoring the cultivation of reading interest,lack of effective method guidance,and lack of timely supervision during independent reading,aiming at expanding reading in the above classes.The role of teachers in playing the existing difficulties,put forward a footing in the text,a reasonable choice to expand reading content;stimulate interesting questions,inspire students to read interest;to strengthen the guidance of optimizing reading methods;guide students to consciously improve the reading practice and other suggestions.This promotes teachers to play their due role in expanding reading instruction in high school language classes for primary school students,and to develop reading instruction in class to a more effective direction.
