With the development of new media,cloud construction technology is more and more developed.Big data,cloud computing,Internet of things and other information technology gradually infiltrate into people's daily life.The new media is favored by the public because of its characteristics of many forms,wide information and easy interaction.The reading behavior and habits of senior high school students are also greatly affected,gradually showing new reading characteristics such as fragmentation,audiovisual,and rapid reading.In order to cope with the influence of the development of new media on reading teaching and the new requirements of talent training in the new era,the teaching of Chinese reading in senior high school should not be ignored and rejected blindly.Instead,the new media environment should be used to make appropriate adjustments in order to cope with the influence of the development of new media on the teaching of reading.This article through the literature,questionnaires,interviews,classroom observation and other ways to investigate new media,the effect of effective reading teaching in high school and new media background of the current high school students reading,senior high School Chinese teachers reading teaching,and to the existing problems and put forward relevant suggestions.This thesis is divided into three chapters,the main contents are as follows:The first chapter defines the new media,effective teaching,effective reading teaching and other related concepts,expounds the digitization and convenience of new media,interaction and timeliness,personalization and equality and other basic characteristics.The core objectives of effective reading teaching in senior high school under the new media environment are as follows:to improve the ability and understanding of using new media scientifically and accurately to process information and to discriminate and judge the content of text;Active use of new media platform for effective expression and communication,multi-angle thinking and analysis of problems,improve the ability of sharing,communication and speculation;explore the use of network language phenomenon,comb,summarize its characteristics and laws,Improve the ability of appreciation of language and literature,adhere to the correct value orientation,reflect on the feedback results of new media,and cultivate the attitude of seeking truth and reality.The second chapter investigates and analyzes the current situation of senior high school students' reading and high school reading teaching.At present,many high school students lack interest in reading materials,and often drift away from text in class reading.At the same time,it is deeply influenced by the new media,such as fragmented reading,individualized reading,audio-visual reading and so on,but teachers do not face up to this phenomenon.Many teachers'concept of information technology teaching is not strong enough to develop the teaching resources of network reading,and the utilization rate of new media equipment.At the same time,the school does not pay enough attention to the creation of new media teaching environment,which results in the relatively low efficiency of reading teaching.The third chapter puts forward the tactics of effective reading teaching in senior high school under the new media environment.First of all,the effective reading teaching evaluation system of new media is constructed.Secondly,we should build effective reading platform for new media;understand students' psychological process of reading;develop digital teaching resources of Chinese reading teaching;improve the preparation of effective reading teaching before class.Thirdly,we should use new media technology skillfully to arouse students' enthusiasm;integrate new media resources to highlight the core of reading text;use new media terminals to improve classroom efficiency and construct new media effective reading teaching classroom.Finally,the effective reading teaching evaluation system of new media is constructed.The influence of the new media environment on the effective reading teaching in high school cannot be ignored,and the teacher should keep pace with the times,make full use of the advantages of the new media and promote the effective reading teaching in high school.
