With the rapid development of the information age,the modern education technology is widely applied in the teaching.The modern education technology as a "focus" in today's education teaching reform to the update education ideas and education concept,teaching management and improve the management system of the teachers,the reorganization of teaching content and teaching resources,to change the way of teaching methods and teaching and the teaching space and teaching facilities have a profound impact.In the information environment,change the way of teacher's "teaching" directly affect the students' knowledge and ability to the transition of the forming process of "learning",change the way of teaching is a key factor,optimize the relationship between teaching and learning is an effective guarantee to improve teaching efficiency,but also the breach classroom teaching reform.Change the way of teaching under the environment of informatization process is a concept and method of "knowing and doing" process,information environment construction is a gradually improve process of the development.This is not only the development requirements of the technology itself and also a cognitive process of teachers and students application technology.This article attempts from the perspective of education psychology,education management to analysis the development of teacher's role in the information in the classroom teaching to explore the education informatization of represented by modern education technology brings to the teaching which challenge and change.For example,in Qingdao S high school,after combing the education informatization construction process,in contrast to the traditional teaching mode,the application level with specific examples show the information technology environment,what had happened to the teaching way transformation and analysis of the theoretical basis and application value of these changes,and then discusses the problems found during the transformation process and the reasons.
