Research objective:basketball is very popular among junior high school students,and has become a necessary program for most junior high school students.Obesity in junior middle school students has a great harm to body health,this article obtains from the health point of view,the research analyzed the influence of the basketball training on obesity middle school students' health,provides the practice basis for the prevention and treatment of adolescent obesity basketball training,promote the development of basketball.Methods:basketball training was used as an intervention method to carry out 12 weeks of basketball training for obese middle school students.Selected 17 middle school in Harbin,the affiliated high school of teacher training in nangang district of Harbin,labor technique in nangang district of Harbin obesity middle school between the ages of 11 to 15,90,tested BMI in movement before and after the intervention,height,vital capacity,skinfold,physical quality(such as,reaction speed,balance,etc).Results:after 12 weeks of basketball training,the BMI of the basketball group decreased from 20.82 before the experiment to 20.28,and the lung capacity increased from 2506.87 ± 1060.63ml to 3461.37±928.57ml.The forward flexion of the seat body of the basketball group was increased by 1.07 ± 1.22cm.The speed of the basketball team increased from 10.16 ± 0.68 seconds before the experiment to 9.16±0.65 seconds.There was no obvious difference between the balance ability of basketball team and the experiment.The reaction ability of the basketball team increased from 0.481 ±0.057 seconds before the experiment to 0.398S ± 0.061 seconds.The thickness of the pup of the basketball group decreased from 18.36 to 5.25 before the experiment to 15.74 plus or minus 6.75.In addition to height and balance,several other indicators were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)12 weeks of basketball training can improve the body shape of obese junior high school students.(2)12 weeks of basketball training can significantly improve the physical quality of junior high school students,especially the speed quality,flexible quality and lung capacity,etc,all of which have been improved accordingly.
