| In vocational education in our country carry mass pew action plan(2020-2023)under the big background,through the analysis of the existing teaching quality evaluation at home and abroad,combined with secondary vocational education training objectives and teaching characteristic,for training meets the needs of economic development in international business talents,to establish conforms to the secondary vocational school of international business professional teaching quality evaluation indicators,In this way,the teaching quality of international business major in secondary vocational schools can be improved.By analyzing the factors affecting the teaching quality of international business major in secondary vocational schools,the relevant documents of the education administration department and the survey results of the teaching status of LN secondary vocational schools were combined as the basis for the selection of key indicators.According to the scientific,systematic,oriented and feasibility evaluation principles,the questionnaire of 7 experts was collected,and the index weight was obtained by AHP software analysis.The index is divided into two levels.The first level has four indicators: teaching attitude,teaching content,teaching method and teaching effect.The second level is subdivided into 16 second-level indicators.In the secondary indicators,we should pay attention to the characteristics of vocational education;in the teaching content,we should pay attention to the cultivation of students’ professional quality;and in the teaching effect,we should pay attention to students’ participation and completion degree of the course.Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the thesis establishes the teaching quality evaluation table of international business major in secondary vocational colleges.Taking LN as an example,we sent questionnaires to 11 teachers of the same profession,and obtained that the course "Basic International Trade Knowledge" of LN was rated as medium.Analyzing the causes from the perspectives of students,teachers and textbooks,it is concluded that the current secondary vocational colleges have diverse students,insufficient teachers and imperfect teaching materials,which lead to the instability of the teaching quality level.On this basis,combining with the training objectives and teaching characteristics of vocational education,this thesis puts forward some suggestions to improve the teaching quality of international business major in secondary vocational colleges from the perspectives of teaching concepts,teaching materials construction and educational investment.In order to improve the quality of international trade primary talent training for the purpose of the establishment of indicators,the teaching quality evaluation indicators concrete.Combined with the characteristics of secondary vocational education,it emphasizes the cultivation of students’ professional quality and practical ability.AHP analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to reduce the subjectivity of the evaluation and improve the validity and reliability of the evaluation.The aim is to make up for the current domestic vacancy in the teaching quality evaluation of international business professionals in secondary vocational education.Although it does not involve all the factors of teaching activities,it has a certain value for the improvement of international business talents training in secondary vocational schools. |
