Development is the unchanging theme of human society,and the environment is the foundation of sustainable development of human society,human and environment are the community of life.At present,environmental pollution,ecological destruction,resource stress and other environmental problems are increasingly serious,which pose a great threat to the survival and development of mankind.People are realizing that it is the fundamental plan for sustainable development to carry out the environment education and cultivate the public's environmental quality.The school is the main position of environment education,secondary vocational school students is the backbone of all walks of life in the future,it is particularly important to carry out the environmental education and cultivate the secondary vocational students ?environmental literacy.Based on sustainable development theory,environmental ethics theory,constructivist learning theory,and Dewey's pragmatic education ideas,this article uses literature research,questionnaire surveys,field research,interviews,observations,and other methods,which is the most important is focusing on the use of local resources to equip students with specific tactics for environmental literacy,and using questionnaires to analyze the effectiveness of these specific strategies.Based on the environmental literacy definition and in jinan inventory on the basis of local resources,taking jinan as an example,from the environmental knowledge,environmental emotion,environmental awareness and environmental behavior from four aspects,put forward by using local resources to train students' environmental literacy strategy,and selection of jinan third secondary vocational school comprehensive school is six classes of students as the research object,through experimental method,set that in comparative classes and experimental classes respectively,to verify the effectiveness of these specific strategies.On the basis of practice through the quasi-experimental method a questionnaire survey was conducted on the experimental classes and that in comparative classes,through analysis and comparison of the results of the survey,can be found: the implementation of the specific strategies of experimental classes of students in the environmental knowledge,environmental emotion,environmental awareness and environmental behavior aspects such as obviously better than without the implementation of these strategies that in comparative classes of students,thus summarizes the utilization of local resources to develop effective strategies for secondary vocational students' environmental literacy,namely into local material,permeable environment knowledge;Organize visits and surveys to enhance environmental experience;Organizing ecotourism and cultivating environmental emotion;Carry out environmental protection activities to raise environmental awareness;Set up environmental groups to shape environmental behavior.Practice has proved that environment education originates from life and returns to life,and a large number of environment education materials exist in local resources.Using local resources not only improves students' environmental quality,but also enables them to know their hometown correctly and enhance their love for their hometown.At the same time for the future secondary vocational geography teaching and environment education work,provide reference.
