With the development of society and the coming of knowledge economy era,innovation quality and ability become the important criterion to judge whether a person is competitive or not.In order to adapt to the development of the new era,our country has implemented new educational reform and practical measures,insisting on people-oriented,carrying out quality education in an all-round way,and paying attention to innovation education as the main melody of educational reform.In 2011,under the requirements of the new art curriculum standards promulgated by the Ministry of Education,the art course should be student-oriented and pay attention to develop students' creativity,practical ability and innovation ability,and more and more people realize that the art discipline plays a significant role in the cultivation of innovative talents.In the middle school art course,the design course covers a wide range of fields,and the education policy and the teaching concept are unique,which make a great advantages for students' innovation quality and potential stimulation.The course has been practiced and explored by experts,scholars and first-line teachers for many years,and its curriculum planning and teaching objectives have been familiar to most teachers.However,in the implementation of teaching,teachers' teaching concepts,methods and classroom organization form need to be further explored and perfected.This paper is based on the theory of educational psychology,deeply exploring the teaching idea of the middle school art design course,the teaching status of the cultivation of students' creative thinking ability and the prospect and construction of the future teaching development,which purpose is to provide some new ideas for the effectiveness of design course teaching and the development of students' innovative thinking ability.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which expounds the research background and significance of the paper,systematically analyzing the present situation of teaching at home and abroad and literature,and clarifying the related research direction.The second part is the first and second chapters of the paper,trying to interpret the definition of innovative thinking ability and art curriculum standards,analyzing the inherent power of designing curriculum to cultivate students' innovative thinking ability,which provide the research basis for the paper.The third part is the third and fourth chapters of the paper,which is the main body.The paper investigates the current situation of teaching through questionnaires,interview records,data statistics and other measures,and sums up the deficiency of the training of students' creative thinking ability in the teaching practice of the design course.And also put forward the four aspects to the improve the present situation of teaching,including teaching method,study method,course content,teaching means.Finally,the design course and the cultivation of innovative thinking ability are further constructed and explored from four aspects,including teaching evaluation mechanism,teachers'comprehensive ability,the development of school-based teaching materials,and the form of teaching activities.The fourth part is the conclusion.On the basis of the research of the above chapters,it systematically summarizes the overall structure of the paper and the content of the investigation and research,and analyzes the innovation and deficiencies of the paper.It is hoped that the research of this paper can promote the development of art and the cultivation of creative talents.
