With the release of "the Core Accomplishment of Chinese Students'Development",how to cultivate talents who can adapt to the lifelong development and social needs has become a hot topic the education circle,coupled with the emergence of micro-classes and the development of mobile learning,network information technology is constantly infiltrating and changing teaching methods.Against the background,higher education needs to innovate and reform educational methods.At the same time,with the promotion of national policy,social demand and network technology,flipping classroom has become a hot spot in the research and practice of education and teaching.While in the flipping classroom teaching practice research,each stage of education is based on the development of their students,the characteristics of the subject.This paper selects the course of "the Principle of Preschool Education" to carry on the teaching practice and research of flipping classroom in preschool education major of higher normal university,it aimed at exploring the mode of flipping classroom teaching which is suitable for this specialty,improving the training quality of normal students of preschool education specialty,and accumulating experience for similar curriculum teaching reform.The Principle of Preschool Education Course is the core course for students learning pre-school education,which includes both theoretical and practical aspects.This course is not only to promote the students' professional knowledge,but also to enhance the students' professional ability and interest.Therefore,this course is chosen as the teaching practice course of flipping classroom to explore how to design the learning environment,teaching activities and learning evaluation so as to achieve the teaching objectives of the course.The main processes of this study are as follows:First of all,through the literature review of the flipping classroom,this paper summarizes the teaching mode and process of the flipping classroom,as well as the problems and advantages in the implementation process,and clarifies the related concepts and theoretical basis of it.Secondly,through the questionnaire analysis of the basic learning situation of students,combined with the teaching objectives and content of this course,this paper preliminary designed the learning resources,teaching activities and learning evaluation system.Thirdly,using interview method,classroom observation method and text analysis method to record,reflect,redesign,implement and reflect on the course implementation,in the course of three rounds of action research,the problems existing in learning resources,teaching activities and learning evaluation are constantly summarized and improved,so as to promote the improvement of students'learning ability and network information literacy.Finally,questionnaires and interviews are conducted to analyze the satisfaction of students and teachers with the design,implementation and effect of the curriculum by combining quantitative research with qualitative research.And compare the students' learning ability and network information literacy ability before and after the implementation of the curriculum whether there is a significant improvement.The conclusion of the research is that the mobile learning platform can better promote the implementation of the flipping classroom,and the design of the flipping classroom teaching activities should draw on the advantages of the traditional teaching to achieve better results.The multiple evaluation system is conducive to improve students' attention to the learning process;the flipping classroom is also conducive to improve students' ability in learning,and the acquisition,organization and application of information.However,the flipping classroom has no significant improvement on students' network information consciousness and network information morality;the implementation of flipping classroom has put forward higher requirements for both teachers and students.Generally speaking,the implementation of flipping classroom in the course of "Principle of Preschool Education" improves the students' comprehensive ability and provides some practical experience for similar courses in this major.
