Johann Christoph Friedrich von Schiller,one of the famous philosophers in German,once said that beauty and art are the ways to realize human freedom and it's also the way to become a complete person.Under the wave of Quality Education,educators,scholars,schools and parents all attach great importance to training junior middle school students' comprehensive literacy.However,the field of "colligate and exploring",which plays an important role has been neglected,has not played a fundamental role in quality education.In STEAM(Science,Technology,Engineering,Art,Mathematics)education,art teaching should not be simply interpreted as pure art training skills,it can also play a role as a bridge,the knowledge integration,through closely linked.STEAM education help the students to think,from the perspective of interdisciplinary study and practice,improve their comprehensive ability to solve problems,to improve the comprehensive quality of its own through interdisciplinary learning mode,after a stressful life in high school to cultivate good learning methods and learning habits,and from a long-term perspective.This will also help the students better and faster to adapt to the rapid development of the new society.This paper mainly adopts literature research method,experiment method and investigation method to design and research.It aims to design and use STEAM curriculum to guide the art class in the field of "colligate and exploring" in junior middle school,so as to promote the exchange of art and other subjects and integration,to strengthen the connection with other subject knowledge in art teaching,to to cultivate students' innovation ability,practical ability,comprehensive ability to solve problems and to improve the overall quality of middle school students to adapt to new era of intelligence has developed the global competitiveness of the comprehensive talents.
